Bethel Annual Barbecue

For over 30 years on the second Saturday in November, if you live anywhere close to Bethel Church, you can walk out of your home and smell the sweet smell of hickory smoked barbecue.  Our Fall Festival and barbecue is always held that weekend, so save the date and come out for some really great barbecue. {as noted in Our State Magazine}

Our meal is an all you care to eat meal for one price.  The meal includes barbecue, slaw, hush puppies, pintos, home made desserts, and drink, and as I said it’s all you care to eat.  In addition to the meal, we have a country store with home made desserts, crafts, 200 Anniversary items, cook books, jams, jelly, and many other items.

Our barbecue is still cooked the old fashion way, using hickory wood and slow cooked to perfection, hand chopped, and served with a smile.  We also offer take outs if you are unable to eat in our fellowship hall.  So mark the date, November 12, 2016, and come out and enjoy.
